We accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and most other common photo formats. The best lithophanes come from high-resolution images with good contrast and clear subject lighting. If you're unsure about your photo, just reach out — we're happy to advise before you order.

Photos with good contrast, clear lighting, and a well-defined subject work best. Faces and portraits turn out beautifully, as do pet photos and landscapes. Avoid heavily filtered, very dark, or very low-resolution images. If in doubt, send us a message before ordering.

Orders are typically crafted in 2–5 business days, then delivered within 3–10 business days after shipment. Once your order ships we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it on its way.

We offer three sizes: 4×6", 5×7", and 8×10". Our most popular is the 5×7" — it gives stunning detail and looks beautiful displayed on a shelf or desk. Select your size at checkout.

Place it in front of any light source — a lamp, a window with natural light, or even a phone flashlight works. Lights with a warm yellow/amber tone (like a lamp or candle light) tend to give the most beautiful results. Many customers use a small LED strip or a candle lamp behind it for a cozy, glowing display.

Because every lithophane is made to order using your personal photo, all sales are final once production begins. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please reach out — we always want to make things right.

Absolutely — many customers order multiple lithophanes as gifts for family and friends. Each one is made individually with care. If you're ordering in larger quantities, contact us and we may be able to arrange a discount.

Yes, completely. Your photo is used solely for creating your lithophane. We do not share, sell, or use your images for any other purpose. Once your order is fulfilled, photos are not retained.
